The beautiful apartment has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. In the bedroom a double bed is available and in the spacious living room additionally a sofa bed for two persons. You will also find a comfortable sitting area with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. In the bathroom there is a shower, towels, hairdryer and toiletries. The private balcony completes the perfect living experience.

Internet and TV are available free of charge throughout the apartment. In addition, all additional costs, monthly intermediate cleaning (for stays of 45 days or more), bed linen, bath towels and final cleaning are included in our service.

This inexpensive apartment is located in the popular Kreis 9 district of Zurich and is optimally connected to public transport. The main station and Altstetten station can be reached by bus in a few minutes. The "SBB Werkstätte" bus stop is directly in front of the apartment.
The apartment is located near Letzipark, one of the largest shopping centres in the city of Zurich. Here you will find various shops where you can get everything you need to live. In addition, the Letzigrund Stadium is not far away, where concerts and major events take place on a regular basis.
