Set in the residential Zurich’s 3rd district, situated right next to Sihlfeld Park and Cemetery. They offer modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The lively Langstrasse Area can be reached within a 15-minute walk.

All well-lit accommodation units decorated in a modern minimalist style. They feature wooden floors and white furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen and a modern tiled bathroom are provided. Amenities include an LCD TV with cable reception and a DVD player.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Both are free of charge.

Bars, restaurants and shops are only steps away. Albisrieder Square from where buses and trams depart to all directions within Zurich, can be reached within 400 m. From there the very centre with the famous Bellevue Square can be reached within 12 minutes. Zurich Airport is 30 minutes ride away by public transport.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM OWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
