The washing machine and dryer are located in the building (not in the apartment) and are shared with other residents. Using the washing machine costs around 2-3 CHF and the dryer also costs 2-3 CHF.

The Obstgartenstrasse stop of bus line 737 is just 100 m away and offers direct connections to Zürich Airport, where you can change for trains to Zurich Main Train Station.

Solo travellers particularly like the location — they rated it 8.3 for a one-person stay.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
- All rates are monthly ( based on minimum of 30 nights stay) and are in CHF. Monthly rent is excluding VAT @3.7%. Deposit amount is in CHF too.
- These monthly prices are inclusive of all bills, WiFI and weekly housekeeping including change of linen and towel but excluding Serafe ( Tv/Radio fee)
- Check in is 2pm and heck out is 11 am for Zurich properties. Late check out after 2 pm incurs full day's charge
- For Basel- check in IS 2.30 PM ONWARDS pm and check out is 10 am. After 10 am, full day's charge is applicable.
