Responsibilities and duties:
- Answering main office telephone, customer reception and mail processing
- General administrative and commercial tasks
- Correspondence (German/ English) with customers, suppliers and authorities
- Contact point for employees for questions and orders in the administrative field
- Appointment coordination in consultation with internal contact persons
- Assisting with the day to day office management
- Assisting with organizing business trips, meetings and events
- Assisting with proofreading and translations of diverse documents (German-English)
- Assisting with handling SIM orders (SIM Programming, Delivery E-Mails etc.)
- Any other services requested by the Company that would be reasonably expected based on expertise
Qualifications and skills:
- Commercial education or equivalent
- Swiss German (first language), good English skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- High degree of independence, reliability, readiness of mind, organizational talent and flexibility
- Ability to work with local and remote employees
