Senior Production Technician | Electronics

Your responsibilities
- Be the technical lead for the repair team
- Responsible for the diagnostics and repair of production and customer instruments
- Electronics circuit investigation, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Owner of the repair procedures, processes, and work instructions
- Lead improvement projects to optimize quality and efficiency
- Business process owner for the repair processes in the ERP system
Your profile:
- Technical apprenticeship and HF/FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics
- 5 years+ experience in an industrial environment
- First leadership experience is a big plus
- Kledge of electronic circuits and EDA tools for circuit design
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style
- Fluent in English, German is nice to have
