ESG Expert - Banking sector

On behalf of our Client, an historical and first-class Bank all over Switzerland, we are currently looking for a profile as:ESG Expertin order to strengthen its structure in Tessin.As an Environmental, Social and vernance (ESG) Expert, the main roles and responsibilities are related (but not limited) to:
- analyse, develop and implement the ESG strategy
- keep up to date on ESG trends, market developments, industry and legislative standards
- manage and work on advisory projects linked to ESG risks
- manage and contribute to ESG risk assessment
- provide ESG expertise on a variety of projects
- prepare focused report on the main key topics
Requirements:
- Academic path in Economics/Finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably developed inside the financial sector
- Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English)
- Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
