Service Coordinator
About this role
For our client, an international company based in Baden, we are looking for a motivated, results-oriented, and highly skilled Service Coordinator.
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 months (with an option for extension)
Workplace: Baden or Zuzwil
Workload: 80% – 100%
Remote/Home Office: Hybrid (with the option for up to 2 days per week remote work)
Service Planning & Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate service technicians across Switzerland, optimizing for availability, qualifications, proximity, and urgency.
Order Management: Organize and manage service orders, including maintenance, repairs, and installations within the medium- and low-voltage sectors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal clients (project management) and the service team to ensure efficient planning and execution of daily service activities.
Resource Monitoring: Act as a central interface, continuously monitoring resource planning and flexibly adapting to changes to maximize customer satisfaction and business success.
Academic/Professional Background: Completed technical or commercial training/apprenticeship.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in service scheduling (e.g., as a Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator, or a comparable role).
Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge and practical experience in the maintenance, service, commissioning, and repair of electrical systems or equipment.
Tools Mastery: Proficient in using MS Office applications and ERP systems; experience with Salesforce is a strong advantage.
Mindset & Working Style: Resilient, reliable, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling dynamic schedules.
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German is required. Strong communication skills in English and/or French are a distinct advantage.
