Project Lead (Technical / Engineering) – GMP Environment
Visp, Switzerland (On-site)

Start Date: No later than May 4, 2026
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage and deliver technical investment projects within a production environment. This role combines technical project management, engineering expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive impactful improvements in production processes and business performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Project Management (60%)
- Lead the planning and execution of small to mid-sized investment projects impacting production and business outcomes
- Perform process engineering calculations and plant optimizations
- Conduct feasibility studies for new installations or modifications of existing plants
- Develop cost estimates, schedules, and functional concepts
- Support production adjustments and new product launches
Concept Development (20%)
- Develop and evaluate technical solution concepts
- Assess advantages, disadvantages, and feasibility of different approaches
- Provide clear recommendations based on engineering and business considerations
Team Coordination & Resource Management (10%)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Identify and organize internal and external resources
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Process Optimization & Knowledge Transfer (10%)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Implement optimizations and support knowledge sharing across teams
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a technical university or college
- Preferred fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Process Engineering / Technology
- Chemical or Biochemical Engineering
Experience
- 3–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required
