Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and driving cross-functional collaboration? As a Process Manager SCM within the Supply Chain Excellence team, you will play a key role in shaping efficient and standardized SCM processes across multiple business units. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Operations, Planning & Fulfillment teams, lead program-related initiatives, and support technical transformation efforts between IT and the business.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Drive the implementation of standardized processes and workflows within a large-scale transformation program
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization and design efficient solutions across SCM and other business units
  • Manage and contribute to both small and large IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Lead SAP-related sub-projects and support process automation initiatives
  • Analyze existing processes based on incidents or business requirements and design streamlined end-to-end solutions
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of SCM processes within the knowledge management system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align supply chain processes with overall business objectives and communicate project progress and potential risks

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in a Supply Chain environment, Incident Management, Project Management, or IT Support (required)
  • Advanced SAP skills (SAP S/4HANA) and solid technical understanding of software development (required)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on mentality with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English and German (required)
