About this role
As Store Manager of Bershka Geneva, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. A true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead and develop your teams, and ensure a dynamic customer experience aligned with the Bershka universe and Inditex group standards.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Management & Performance
- Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
- Optimize stock management and product rotation
- Ensure alignment between product offering, trends, and commercial performance
Visual Merchandising
- Ensure the implementation of Bershka VM guidelines
- Execute collections in line with the latest trends
- Create an attractive, dynamic, and fashion-oriented store environment
- Train and support teams on VM standards and styling
- Collaborate with VM teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local market
Management & Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team
- Recruit and onboard profiles aligned with the Bershka DNA
- Organize schedules to optimize productivity
- Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven work environment
Customer Experience
- Deliver an engaging, fun, and trend-driven customer experience
- Be present on the shop floor and lead by example
- Handle customer feedback professionally with a solution-oriented mindset
- Develop customer loyalty and engagement
Operational Management
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and group standards
- Maintain store standards (organization, cleanliness, presentation)
- Oversee inventories and loss prevention
- Work closely with the Area Manager and support functions
Profile
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, ideally in fashion
- Strong product sensitivity and good knowledge of trends (youth-oriented environment)
- Natural leadership with the ability to engage and inspire teams
- Strong analytical mindset and business orientation
- Autonomous, responsive, and able to prioritize effectively
- Good command of French and English (German is a plus)
- Flexible availability (weekends and peak periods)
