About this role

As Store Manager of Bershka Geneva, you are responsible for the overall performance of the store. A true entrepreneur of your point of sale, you drive commercial activity, lead and develop your teams, and ensure a dynamic customer experience aligned with the Bershka universe and Inditex group standards.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Management & Performance

  • Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans
  • Optimize stock management and product rotation
  • Ensure alignment between product offering, trends, and commercial performance

Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure the implementation of Bershka VM guidelines
  • Execute collections in line with the latest trends
  • Create an attractive, dynamic, and fashion-oriented store environment
  • Train and support teams on VM standards and styling
  • Collaborate with VM teams and the Area Manager to adapt guidelines to the local market

Management & Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a dynamic team
  • Recruit and onboard profiles aligned with the Bershka DNA
  • Organize schedules to optimize productivity
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and results-driven work environment

Customer Experience

  • Deliver an engaging, fun, and trend-driven customer experience
  • Be present on the shop floor and lead by example
  • Handle customer feedback professionally with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Develop customer loyalty and engagement

Operational Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and group standards
  • Maintain store standards (organization, cleanliness, presentation)
  • Oversee inventories and loss prevention
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and support functions

Profile

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, ideally in fashion
  • Strong product sensitivity and good knowledge of trends (youth-oriented environment)
  • Natural leadership with the ability to engage and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical mindset and business orientation
  • Autonomous, responsive, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Good command of French and English (German is a plus)
  • Flexible availability (weekends and peak periods)
