About this role

A global enterprise has just selected Servicely as its new Service Management platform and is about to roll out a major transformation across HR Operations, HR Services, and Payroll. They are now looking for a Servicely Implementation Consultant someone who knows the platform inside out to design, build, and lead the implementation from the ground up. If you have ever wanted to shape how a global organisation delivers HR and Payroll services through automation, AI, and digital workflows, this is that moment.

Preferrable Servicely Experience. But Candidates with strong ServiceNow implementation experience are highly encouraged to apply, even if they have not previously worked with Servicely.

What you will be doing

  • Own the design and configuration of Servicely across HR & Payroll Ops.
  • Map business processes and translate them into scalable, automated workflows.
  • Build service catalogues, case management, and self-service portals.
  • Integrate AI-driven features (chatbots, predictive routing, ticket triage).
  • Partner with HR, IT and project stakeholders to drive adoption and improvement.

What you will bring

  • Proven Servicely platform expertise end-to-end configuration and deployment.
  • Proven experience implementing Servicely OR comparable ESM/ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow), with the ability to quickly learn and configure Servicely.
  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, or Shared Services processes.
  • Experience embedding AI-enabled service automation (NLP, workflow intelligence).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to run design workshops.

Nice to have

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow (HRSD / ITSM / ESM) or similar enterprise service management platforms.
  • Exposure to large, global enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of HR data and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (HRSD, ITSM, or ESM) is strongly accepted.
  • Direct Servicely experience is a plus and preferrable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree is advantageous.
