Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled SAP FI-Concur Specialist with proven hands-on experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module and SAP Concur. This role will involve ensuring the integrity of financial data, managing the seamless integration between T&E (Travel & Expense) and the General Ledger, and optimizing financial processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support SAP FI and Concur solutions to meet business requirements, automate expense management, and enhance financial reporting.
- Manage and optimize complex financial solutions—including the Integration with Concur Solutions (ICS)—ensuring data accuracy and consistency across both standard and bespoke interfaces.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Travel teams to gather requirements and translate policies into effective SAP and Concur configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial data and system interfaces, specifically focusing on Concur-to-SAP posting errors and IDoc monitoring.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare financial reports, leveraging both SAP FI data and Concur Intelligence/Reporting to support management decision-making.
- Stay updated on SAP FICO and Concur best practices, new release functionalities, and global regulatory changes to ensure financial and tax compliance.
- Provide specialized training and support to end-users on SAP FI processes, contributing to the internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP FI implementation and support, with a focus on complex interfaces.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., IDoc, BAPIs, RFC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
