SAP HCM Developer Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Developer to join our HR Technology team and support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ABAP development expertise, hands-on experience with Personnel Administration and Payroll modules, and the ability to build scalable integrations and reporting solutions that support HR and payroll operations.

What we’re looking for

• Design, develop, test, and support SAP HCM applications and custom developments using ABAP and ABAP Objects (OO ABAP).
• Develop and maintain complex ALV reports utilizing Personnel Administration (PA) info types and Payroll data.
• Analyse, read, and interpret payroll results, payroll clusters, and wage type data to support business and reporting requirements.
• Build custom reports, enhancements, and solutions leveraging SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll modules
• Support payroll posting processes to Finance (FI) by analysing payroll posting results and resolving related issues.
• Develop and expose business logic through OData services, APIs, and other service-based integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, and file-based integrations (XML/CSV)
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and support procedures.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while delivering pragmatic and solution-oriented outcome.
