Experienced Network Operation Engineer

Salary: CHF 80'000 - 110'000 per year

Requirements:

• We require good communication skills and sensitivity to an international environment.
• We require a technical education in telecommunications with knowledge of mobile networks.
• We require experience with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS protocols, and roaming technology.
• We require English proficiency in both verbal and written communication; other languages are a plus.
• We value team spirit and willingness to do on-call duty service.
• We seek a communicative, responsible, and resilient individual with strong commitment.
• We are open to Swiss and EU nationals, as well as holders of a valid Swiss work permit.

Responsibilities:

• We support our international mobile operator customers for our IPX and roaming hub services.
• We handle customer inquiries for troubleshooting, service performance analysis, and reporting.
• We test and document customer services.
• We monitor our international networks and service systems, including SS7, Diameter, GRX, STPs, DRAs, and the roaming hub.
• We provide on-call duty service for 24/7 emergency support.
