On behalf of our prestigious client, Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a Contract Specialist to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in service delivery and contract management.

Your Mission

In this role, you won't just be managing paperwork; you will be the bridge between our client and their partners, ensuring seamless renewals and precise asset management.

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for contract renewals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Asset & Inventory Governance: Build, maintain, and present accurate customer inventories (installed base) to ensure data integrity.

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Prepare and formalize complex contracts and execute orders within SAP.

• Strategic Coordination: Liaise with major industry partners (such as Cisco, Alcatel, and Luware) to coordinate ordering processes.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain ticketing tools and manage multiple priorities with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Your Profile

We are looking for a structured professional who enjoys working autonomously while maintaining a strong team spirit.

• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role (Contract Management, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support).

• Education: A solid commercial or technical background.

• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar CRM/ERP tools is a significant advantage.

• Mindset: A customer-oriented professional with the ability to build effective internal and external networks.

• Languages: Full professional fluency in German and English is required. French skills are a strong plus.
