About this role
We are expanding our Business Analysis competencies in the Avaloq environment and are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with a strong customer focus and a strong sales mindset.
As Head of Business Analysis, you will be responsible for the establishment and further development of our Business Analysis Competence Center. You will strategically develop our service portfolio, actively position our services in the market and make targeted use of your network in the banking and Avaloq community.
In this role, you will combine leadership, business development and delivery excellence: you will further develop a virtual team of business analysts, drive forward new client mandates and also contribute your experience as a business analyst to strategic client projects.

- Strategic further development of our service portfolio in the area of business analysis in the Avaloq environment and beyond
- Active market positioning of our services within the banking community
- Business development and pre-sales: identification of new opportunities, co-design of offers and acquisition of new client mandates
- Coaching and development of employees in modern business analysis methods and consulting skills
- Senior advisory role in client projects for banking transformations
Your skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
- Experience in setting up and developing services or consulting offerings
- Experience in pre-sales, proposal work or business development in a consulting environment is an advantage
- Strong ability to effectively combine business requirements and IT solutions
- You are a strong communicator and move confidently between business stakeholders, IT experts and management
- You combine Avaloq expertise with a clear focus on customer benefits and pragmatic solutions
- You act as a coach and role model who inspires and develops teams
