Backend Developer (f/m/d)

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years as a backend developer
• Strong proficiency in C# and/or Java
• Good knowledge of reactive libraries, patterns, and frameworks
• Experience with MongoDB, MS SQL, RabbitMQ, gRPC, and GraphQL
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a global team setup
• Nice to Have:
• - Experience in the financial industry
• - Knowledge of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
• - Familiarity with cloud-based development, containerization, and Azure Application services

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our financial platforms and applications using C# and/or Java
• Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement high-quality software solutions
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of our applications
• Provide first-class support to the business and other stakeholders
• Participate in containerizing our applications using Kubernetes-based solutions
