Your Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership: Direct the end-to-end execution of a major transformational project, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead international teams across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, and AI to deliver harmonized SDLC outcomes.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex governance forums, shaping high-level decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise business goals (Time-to-Market, Resilience).
Change & Engagement: Partner with SDLC Change Leads to drive standards adoption. Foster organizational momentum through targeted branding, events, and "clever" communication strategies.
Project Controls: Maintain rigorous oversight of dependencies, risks, and reporting structures to ensure transparent progress tracking.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience: 7+ years in leading transformational and software delivery projects, with 4–6 years specifically within the Banking industry.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Modern SDLC practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile Frameworks like SAFe/SCRUM) and organizational transformation.
Education: University degree (Master's preferred) and professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA).
Relationship Power: Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills. You are a "Marketing & Sales" minded project leader who knows how to inspire teams.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, mental agility, and the ability to navigate conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluent in English (written and oral). Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Polish is a distinct asset.
