About Our Client
Our client is a global technology leader in high-precision process automation and industrial measurement technology. Where others measure in millimeters, this company thinks in micrometers. With massive innovative power and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, the company sets global standards. Here, you are not just working in production – you are part of a high-tech environment that makes tomorrow's critical infrastructures safer, more efficient, and more sustainable.

Your Mission
Without perfect joining technology, there is no flawless measurement technology. In this key role, you are the crucial link between product development and highly automated manufacturing. Your impact is immediately measurable: You ensure that new products can be welded efficiently and to the highest quality standards. As a technological spearhead, you do not just solve acute problems; you elevate existing welding processes to the next level of automation and reliability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Automation: You are responsible for the programming and parameterization of state-of-the-art welding systems during the industrialization of new products.

  • Process Evolution: You analyze existing workflows, identify potential, and drive process optimizations in a proactive and data-driven manner.

  • Technical Consulting: In the event of complex system and process disruptions, you act as the central "Single Point of Contact" and problem-solver for internal departments as well as external partners.

Your Profile

  • Foundation: Completed technical degree in mechanical engineering.

  • Technical Expertise: Several years of deep theoretical and practical experience in arc welding.

  • The Strong Plus: A certification as a Welding Engineer (SFI/IWE) alongside knowledge in the metallurgy of corrosion-resistant steels.

  • Methodology & Tech: You preferably bring experience in programming welding robots. Quality and lean methodologies (e.g., FMEA, Six Sigma, DOE) are familiar tools to you.

  • Mindset: You possess a strong affinity for numbers and data, an excellent understanding of processes, and you communicate clearly.

  • Languages: very good German and English skills to ensure smooth interdisciplinary collaboration.

The Offer

  • Exciting Perspective: An immediate start on a critical project running until autumn 2026, with a realistic option for extension.

  • Technology: Access to a state-of-the-art machinery park and the opportunity to work on market-leading products.

  • Flexibility: A workload of 80% to 100%, providing room for focused and balanced work.

  • Culture: An appreciative, highly professional environment where your expertise is in demand from day one and interdisciplinary teamwork is truly lived.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work in one of the most innovative companies in measurement and automation technology.

  • An exciting project running until the end of October 2026 (with an option for extension) within a stable and future-oriented market environment.

  • Attractive employment conditions through Randstad in a global corporate setting.
