Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad

A whimsical festival in the Bernese Oberland

For nine days in the area around the ski resort  of Gstaad in Canton Bern, an array of talent comes together to create splendid works of classical music, in a dreamy, snowy landscape. The festival has three main pillars and three different concert styles that take place in three venues.

In the afternoon, there are concerts in the Gstaad chapel that are dedicated to promising young talent, and each concert is dedicated to a specific instrument. In the evenings, there are concerts in the churches of Saanen and Rougemont by soloists and orchestras of international repute. After the concerts, there are joint dinners that allow for incredible encounters with the artists, audiences, and partners of the festival.
