This high standing apartment is located in a newly built building in the village of Gandria, not far from Lugano city. It welcomes you with a large and bright living room composed as follows: the TV area furnished with a comfortable sofa on which to watch a movie at the end of the day, or read a book and relax admiring the landscape from the window; the dining area with an oval table for 4 and the modern kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need. The living room leads to the wonderful small terrace with table and chairs, where you can have breakfasts and drinks outdoors, enjoying the spectacular view of the Lake Ceresio branch.There are two bedrooms, a romantic double and a bedroom with a single bed and a small sofa that becomes a single bed for the night, both overlooking the lake.There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.A set of towels is included in the stay for each person, along with sheets and blankets and a courtesy kit.
