As a Business Development Associate, you will be part of a result-oriented, multinational team of 15 people based across Europe, responsible for providing private and B2B clients with the best integration services and feeding management with strategic ideas for developing the EMEA business.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Advise and onboard high net worth individuals and institutional clients onto company trading platform
  • Coordinate integration project and product optimization for new B2B clients across multiple internal teams, including legal, operations, technology, and client services
  • Oversee relationships with high growth strategic partners and drive implementation of solutions to further streamline partnership
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis on European financial and brokerage industry
  • Design product specification documents and client experience for new European investment account types and system enhancements
  • Participate in client meetings and events

Qualification & Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in Client Service/ Project Management (preferred in the Tech or Financial Services industry)
  • Fresh graduates with a Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Information Systems or similar
  • Great organisational skills, able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver impressive results
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience in working cross-functionally to deliver the best results for the business
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, native speaker of German – any other languages a plus
  • General market kledge in futures, options, and the equities markets
