We are looking for a Merchant Service Coordinator to strengthen our Swiss Merchant Services team.Do you want to be part of a close-knit team? Do you want to play a crucial role in supporting our Merchants and the Sales Team Switzerland? Does digital media sound familiar to you?Main duties and responsibilitiesTelephone in- and outbound activities:

  • Responsible for project related in- and outbound activities
  • Responsible for Tax Free trainings and troubleshooting of issuing solutions
  • Responsible for Currency Choice training, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Ensures Customer Service via telephone

Administrative activities:

  • Affiliation and administration of all contracts
  • Create, manage and sending of statistics and commission reports
  • Manage orders and dispatch sales material and tax free forms
  • Customer service in writing
  • Managing dunning process, introduce enforcement, coordination with sales etc.
  • Ensure substitution within the team

Reporting and collaboration

  • The holder of the position reports solid-line to Supervisor Merchant Services
  • The holder of the position collaborates with administration in Vienna, CC back office in Italy, Sales Team Switzerland, Bratislava, GBIT Service Desk and Country Manager. External collaborations with any supplier and logistic partners.
  • The holder of the position works with/supports the Sales Team Switzerland

Background and Education

  • Commercial Education (“EFZ Kauffrau/Kaufmann”)
  • Initial experience in customer contact (directly or via telephone)
  • Experience within the tourism-, retail- or credit card / financial industry would be an asset

Preferable skills and Key Competencies

  • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, good French skills at least in speaking; oral kledge of Italian would be an advantage;
  • Microsoft Office Advanced User (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and very good kledge of CRM tool
  • Kledge / Basics of Project Management
  • High affinity for digital media
  • Very good organisational skills
  • Autonomous, entrepreneur with a “can-do” attitude
  • Customer service oriented
  • Positive attitude towards colleagues and good team player
  • Business Intelligence would be a strong asset
