Senior Product Manager Microsoft CSP

The team is responsible for Swisscom's Microsoft offering for B2B customers across the entire lifecycle: licensing, CSP, technical support and complementary services. You are responsible for the further development and growth of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider portfolio along the entire product lifecycle. You will analyze customer and market needs, define clear value propositions and support sales with in-depth CSP expertise. In close cooperation with Microsoft, partners and internal teams, you will ensure scalable, efficient and customer-oriented implementation.

• End-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft CSP portfolio
• Direct impact on customer value, growth and profitability
• Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations, as well as Microsoft
• Actively drive automation to scale the business

Your skills

• In-depth expertise in Microsoft CSP, cloud licensing and the Microsoft partner ecosystem
• Several years of experience in product management of cloud and IT services
• Very good understanding of Microsoft license models, technical service architectures and business models
• Experience in business case development, pricing, portfolio and financial management
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking with a high level of personal responsibility
• Very strong stakeholder and communication skills across different organizational units, combined with a confident manner and negotiation skills with partners and management
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working in a dynamic environment
• Resident in Switzerland with an excellent command of English and very good German or French.
