             Senior Engineer Mechanic - Product Care Do you have experience in Product development? especially in injection molding/plastics technologies. Do you want to be a part of a world-leading medical device and pharma company?  Then you should read the following lines! Our client, based in Zug is looking for a Product development engineer with experience in injection molding/plastics technologies,  if you are the right fit don’t hesitate to apply.  Tasks & Responsibilities: • As a developer with many years of plastics expertise, you are able to develop creative concepts and transfer them to series production with interdisciplinary support in a cost-optimized manner
• Creation of technical Requirements and specifications for mechanical components and units, as well as documentation of the work results
• Development of modules with fluidic, mechatronics, thermal functions, and interfaces; working on End of Life (EoL) and deliverability issues
• Responsibility for evaluating and supporting externally developed or off-the-shelf modules and components
• Coordinating and conducting investigations, analyses, and tests (root cause analysis, functional tests, etc.) in close cooperation with external development partners, suppliers, global customer support/case investigation unit, production
• Taking appropriate measures and optimizations for subsystems and components that are technically and economically compatible
• Cooperation with experts from other disciplines, as well as the commissioning, close involvement, and management of external development partners for components or subsystems. Must Haves: • Completed university degree in the field of mechanics (mechanical engineering, micromechanics, preferably with a specialization in plastics and/or materials) or a comparable course 
• Professional experience in production with injection molding/plastics technologies 
Min. 5+ years of professional experience in the field of injection molding/plastics technologies at an expert level (manufacturability, durability)
• Min. 5+ years of experience with product care or new developments of instruments, using the appropriate development tools (CAD Solid Works and SAP an advantage)
• Fluent German language skills, English language skills at least B2 level
• Excellent, also interdisciplinary communication and consensus skills
• Experience in the exchange with internal and external partners, as well as the collection and implementation of requirements
Very independent and structured way of working, initiative, and fun in teamwork, as well as a positive "can-do" attitude
 Nice to haves: • Experience in the GMP area and in the medical device area
