For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company, we are seeking a Production Operator (Biotech Support Operations).

About the work:
You will be part of the Biologics Manufacturing Science and Operations department, in particular Drug Substance Bioprocess.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine operator activities within the Weigh & Dispense (W&D) and Solution Supply Areas, in strict adherence to GMP and GDocP requirements
- Perform routine operational support activities within USP and DSP manufacturing areas
- Execute sampling activities in accordance with approved sampling plans, SOPs, and batch records
- Support equipment setup, preparation, and line clearance
- Assist with assembly and disassembly of single-use systems and process equipment
- Support equipment cleaning activities and ensure manufacturing room readiness
- Perform and support washer and autoclave activities in compliance with validated cycles and procedures
- Support calibration and routine maintenance activities
- Support material staging, transfers, inspection, and inventory checks
- Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, electronic systems)
- Identify and escalate deviations, safety observations, and abnormal situations
- Support audits, inspections, and internal walkthroughs as required
Scope of Role
- Primary deployment in:
1) Weigh & Dispense (W&D)
2) Upstream Solution (USP) Supply
3 ) Downstream Solution (DSP) Supply
- Operators work in teams of two in process areas
- Flexibility required to support additional manufacturing activities as needed
Requirements:
- Technical or scientific vocational training (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, Lab Technician)
- Minimum 3 years GMP manufacturing experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
- Strong understanding of GDP and ALCOA+ principles
- High attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Experience working in cleanroom environments
- Hands-on experience with biotech equipment (single-use and stainless steel)
- Experience with sampling, material handling, and GMP documentation
- German and English required
