Accounts Receivables Specialist (m/w/d)

In our "Accounts Receivable" finance department, you will be responsible for

  • Monitoring and posting incoming payments
  • Support and implementation of the dunning process
  • Processing open item lists
  • Checking the credit standing of customers
  • Assisting with the month-end closing
  • Reconciling accounts
  • You are the primary contact person for our internal employees or customers/suppliers and score points with your reliability and high customer orientation
  • You support the finance team in all matters. We are all for one, one for all!
  • You find it easy to build bridges and keep a cool head even in hectic times
  • In addition to our day-to-day business, we are also involved in projects from time to time. Can we count on you there too?

Requirements

What you need for this position

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and demonstrate strong skills in Excel and common MS programs. (Our team operates in a modern, Google-based environment)
  • Independent, precise, solution-oriented and efficient way of working so that the bookkeeping is correct at the end
  • Willingness to contribute in a transformation-focused setup
  • You are self-confident and have a high level of personal motivation, drive and enthusiasm as well as a results-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in German and English (min. B2), French is a plus
  • You love working in a diverse team and are a communicative and committed team player

  • Permanent position
  • 100%

Location

  • Zurich Oerlikon (easy to reach by public transport) & remote/home office
