Head of Professional Recruitment, Zurich (m/w/d)
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Business Leader to own and scale our Zurich White-Collar recruitment division.
This isn't a back-office management role. This is a front-line leadership position. You're a "player-coach," a sales driver, and a strategic builder. You will lead our high-performing team and take full P&L responsibility for our temporary and permanent placement business.

your mission
- Own the market: you are the face of our Zurich professional recruitment brand. You'll hunt new logos, build C-suite relationships, and own the sales strategy from start to finish.
- Lead & scale: mentor, motivate, and grow your team. You're the coach who builds winners, driving a high-performance culture focused on smashing targets.
- Drive the P&L: this is your business to run. You'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions, manage your budget, and drive sustainable, profitable growth.
- Be THE expert: act as a true partner to clients and candidates, providing strategic advice on market trends and talent solutions.
- Innovate & execute: you'll run a tight ship, ensuring operational excellence while constantly looking for smarter, faster ways to win.
Requirements
your DNA:
- Sales is your Superpower: you have an impressive and proven track record (3-5+ years) in B2B sales or 360° recruitment. You love the chase and the close.
- A natural leader: you've successfully managed and inspired a sales or recruitment team. Your team would follow you anywhere.
- Business acumen: you think like an entrepreneur. You're analytical, decisive, and make smart calls under pressure.
- Unstoppable drive: you're ambitious, resilient, and intrinsically motivated to exceed financial goals and KPIs.
- Network architect: you build trust and relationships with ease, from your internal team to key client stakeholders.
- The non-negotiables: you are a native-level German speaker and have business-fluent English skills.
