About this role
• Output 1: Displacement Inclusion Strategy & Workplan A practical strategy outlining how IDPs, returnees, and returning migrants will be systematically integrated into ER4 activities (due by mid-April 2026) • Output 2: Toolbox for Displacement Engagement Suite of tailored tools, templates, and SOPs for use by IPs and partners (e.g., outreach scripts, profiling forms, legal awareness content, onboarding checklists) (due by end of April 2026) • Output 3: Capacity Strengthening Plan & Delivery Summary Design and delivery of at least 2 training workshops for implementing partners on displacement-sensitive programming, data management, and legal awareness (by May 2026) • Output 4: Digital & Legal Campaign Guidance Note Advisory brief with messaging strategy, content outline, platform selection, and rollout calendar for legal awareness campaigns targeting displaced populations (by May 2026) • Output 5: M&E Advisory Note + Displacement Data Profile Template Disaggregated database template and guidelines for tracking gender, age, displacement status, and progress across ER4 activities (by June 2026) • Output 6: Final Advisory Report Consolidated report summarizing challenges, recommendations, and proposed adjustments to further enhance ER4 impact among displaced populations (by end of June 2026)
