Local Expert in Tailoring and Fashion (National Consultant)

Output 1: • List of key stakeholders, and questions for meeting and interviews with them prepared. • A 10-pages draft report on the Nigerian Tailoring and Fashion Sector, including business opportunities for returnees, market dynamics and trends, stakeholder mapping, regulatory insights, and training and education needs prepared. The report will also describe financial requirements, expected income, challenges and risks, as well as success stories. Output 2: • A finalised list of persons and institutions that were interviewed. • Feedback and comments from ITC project team incorporated into the final report. • Developed a PowerPoint presentation on the sector brief for use during public engagement. Timeline: All duties listed above shall be completed no later than 15 April 2026.
