  • coordinate the entire service area in close cooperation with our watchmakers?
  • respond professionally to our customers, understand and implement their needs?
  • provide competent advice for spare parts to clients - in our atelier, as well as worldwide via Zoom?
  • build and maintain close, trusted and long-lasting customer relationships?
  • take decisions with a sense of proportion that are the best solution for all parties involved?
  • be enthusiastic about the ideas and technologies behind our unique time pieces?
  • communicate on all social media channels and are familiar with new technology?
  • converse fluently in German and English?
