It makes high-risk work environments safer and smarter with real-time insights from user-generated field data. For our manufacturing site in Saint-Prex (VD), we are looking for a Supply and Production Planner (CDD -12 months) What you will do in your role• Ensure customer orders planning, confirmation and follow-up• Create internal production plans and ensure their schedule and accurate completion• Perform load capacity analyses, identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans• Critical analysis of the components, highlighting cost drivers, technical and process difficulties• Optimize, plan and monitor procurement• Manage subcontracting orders in collaboration with logistics• Update data in the ERP system• Monitor non-conformities, in close collaboration with the Quality department• Ensure effective communication with internal and external customers• NPI: collaborate in product process life management from new product development to phase out product steps• Optimize stock level• Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement projects and KPI implementation• Maintain and analyze KPIs to ensure plant and company goals are met• Supplier performances evaluation• Analyze market trends• Contribute to the selection process, development and management of suppliers and guaranteestable and long-term relationships• Manage make or buy strategy• Update SAP parameters related to planning activities (MRP parameters, Work Scheduling, ...)• Issue quote requests• Negotiate and buy at the best market conditions raw materials, tools and necessary equipment• Establish contracts and delivery programs for medium- and long-term supplies The experience you will bring• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Procurement or similar• 3-5 years’ experience in managing production planning and/or procurement activities in a similar environment• Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights• Basic kledge of Project Management• Fluent in French and good English kledge• MS Office (especially Excel), ERP System (SAP) What will put you ahead• al oriented and reliable• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong team spirit• Stress resilient, respectful and customer (internal and external) oriented• Adaptability to diverse stakeholders and to change
