  • You will support the teams in the various creative activities.
  • You will analyze the marketing brief to identify and clarify expectations.
  • You will share your ideas through hand-drawings, mood boards and 3D renderings.
  • You will animate existent designs to create product animations.
  • You will produce qualitative renderings and share specifications for our engineers and suppliers.
  • You will modify the design according to technical constraints while guaranteeing the fidelity to the original concept and design.
  • You will brief and liaise with external agencies for some very specific projects.
  • You will personalize some models on request for VIP’s.
  • You will manage the collaboration with the Ecole d’Arts Appliqués from La Chaux-de-Fonds.


  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in watchmaking within the luxury industry.
  • You have done some project management in the past.
  • You are curious and open minded.
  • You are motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • You possess an accurate sense of details.
  • You perfectly master Photoshop and Illustrator and any 3D software. Any hand drawing skills is a plus.
  • You are open to work part time (50% - 80%).
