AI Coach

A leading consulting company is looking for a AI coach. This role involves supporting the end-client in the banking sector. This role is based in Zürich, Switzerland.
 

Challenges/ Scope of project
A bank in Switzerland needs help with adoption, integration and upskilling in AI. Currently they have 3 internal teams where they need support. The person taking the role will be an extension to that team and help with guidance in AI adoption and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assign agents to products
• Roll everything out using AI
• Support the entire delivery lifecycle with AI
• Agents should do the work; humans will only perform checks
• Build a Knowledge Hub
• One challenge is user adoption: how to work with AI
• We need people who are a mix of coach and enforcer to facilitate AI adoption
• People need to be trained
• Hands-on support is necessary—people who are willing to get their hands dirty—to figure out the concrete steps
• We also need to ignite enthusiasm for agent-based work
• We need to make PDLC and SDLC agent-based
• Languages: German (fluent)
