UX Researcher

As a Senior UX Researcher, you are a trusted expert in your field, capable of leading qualitative and quantitative research projects with little-to-no oversight. You will act as a strategic lead for designated product areas and initiatives, translating complex user data into clear, actionable recommendations. Your research will directly impact product strategy, drive user-centric thinking across cross-functional teams, and continuously elevate the overall user experience.

Your Responsibilities

Research Execution & Strategy: Plan, drive, and execute comprehensive qualitative or quantitative research frameworks. Manage the development of strategic surveys and adapt research strategies to stay ahead of evolving user needs.

Strategic Influence: Guide long-term product strategy by synthesizing deep insights into user behavior, ecosystem impacts, and core business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional product, engineering, and design teams to build consensus, unblock strategic constraints, and advocate for research-backed solutions.

Impact Measurement: Identify, establish, and track key metrics to evaluate the ongoing impact of products, services, and the broader digital ecosystem.

Inclusion & Advocacy: Champion and practice inclusive research methods to ensure the development of accessible and equitable products.

Project Leadership: Help define project priorities in alignment with overarching goals, manage resource allocation, and proactively remove roadblocks to project progress.

Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional UX storytelling skills, with a proven ability to communicate data clearly to partners and stakeholders while anticipating challenges.
