Product Owner

As Product Owner, you shape the future of our platform and take on a central role. The platform supports process automation and helps manage our operations centers and suppliers across Switzerland. You work with modern technologies such as Java, Kafka, and a microservice architecture. Together with experienced developers in Switzerland and Riga, you communicate the vision and roadmap, support the team in an agile environment, and turn strategic ideas into scalable solutions.

Your skills

• Good understanding of modern technologies and software architectures, e.g., Java, ReactJS, Kafka, Kubernetes, APIs and microservices
• You prioritize and maintain the product backlog and maximize value
• You assess technical interrelationships and work with the development team on equal footing
• Agile mindset and leadership skills
• You consider different perspectives and create shared priorities
• Communicative and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Open, curious, and you drive continuous improvement
• Very good German and English, spoken and written
