Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced OMADA Integrator / Expert to join a strategic cybersecurity and identity management project within the financial services sector.

This is a key role for a professional with solid IAM integration experience and strong hands-on expertise in OMADA, who is able to contribute both technically and strategically within a client environment. Beyond the immediate project scope, this opportunity also offers strong long-term growth potential within a growing identity and access management practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate and implement OMADA within the client’s identity and access management environment
• Act as a subject matter expert on OMADA capabilities, constraints, and best practices
• Support the client’s identity team in delivering robust IAM integration solutions
• Provide guidance on what is feasible within the OMADA solution and help drive design decisions
• Contribute to the success of the engagement through strong technical ownership and stakeholder collaboration
• In the longer term, support broader practice development, including:
  • Pre-sales activities
  • Offer development
  • Client presentations and bid support

Required Profile

• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with OMADA
• Strong background in IAM and systems integration projects
• Ability to operate as a trusted expert within a client delivery environment
• Solid understanding of identity-related technical and functional challenges
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
• Autonomous, credible, and delivery-oriented approach

Location

• Geneva area, Switzerland
• On-site presence required 3 to 4 days per week in Geneva
• Candidates do not need to be based in Geneva, but must be able to travel regularly to site
• Cross-border candidates are welcome
