Senior Oracle Fusion Developer (ERP Transformation Project)
Location
Hybrid / Flexible:
- Remote (up to 80%)
- On-site in Geneva, Switzerland (up to 20%)
Candidates must be based in Europe or within a compatible time zone.
Contract Duration
6 months initial contract with strong possibility of extension
Start date: ASAP (target May 2026)
We are partnering with a leading international organization undergoing a large-scale ERP transformation program, transitioning from legacy systems to a modern Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
To support this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Developer to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing custom technical solutions, integrations, and extensions within a complex enterprise ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Customization
- Design and develop custom applications and extensions using Oracle Visual Builder (VB) and Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
- Build and maintain PaaS extensions to enhance Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Develop modern user interfaces using Oracle JET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Create workflows using Oracle Process Automation
Integration & Data Management
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/ORDS services
- Support integration between Oracle Fusion and external systems
- Develop database objects using PL/SQL, SQL, and Views
- Support data migration using tools such as HDL and FBDI
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, and HCM Extracts
- Support business intelligence and reporting requirements
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute technical test scripts
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal teams
Governance & Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with security standards and role-based access controls
- Follow best practices in version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and DevOps
- Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and assess impacts
- Custom applications and Oracle Fusion extensions
- Integration solutions and APIs
- Technical design documentation and architecture diagrams
- Reporting solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts)
- Data migration scripts and validation routines
- Test scripts and quality assurance documentation
- Operational and support documentation
Education
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP technical development
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Proven experience with VB and VBS in end-to-end implementations
- Strong experience in PaaS extensions and integrations
- Experience in full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
