Junior Windows Systems Engineer

Salary: CHF 56'000 - 77'000 per year

Requirements:

• First experience as a Junior Windows Systems Engineer
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and identity security
• Experience in a critical or demanding environment
• Ability to make technical decisions and structure an architecture
• Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Professional English (minimum B2)

Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the Windows Server technical architecture
• Analyze the impact of new projects on the existing infrastructure
• Propose technical choices and ensure overall coherence
• Participate in architecture studies and technology monitoring
• Promote standards and best practices within the team
• Configure and administer Windows Server environments
• Manage and maintain an enterprise Active Directory
• Administer GPOs and access rights
• Manage hybrid environments with Microsoft Entra ID
• Implement and maintain clustering and storage solutions via PowerShell
• Ensure operational maintenance (MCO/MCS)
• Address complex incidents and optimize performance
