About this role

The Mission

Our client is embarking on their most significant commercial opportunity of the decade: a nationwide fiber expansion. As the Senior Commerical Program Manager, you will be the single point of accountability, orchestrating the end-to-end execution of a multi-brand commercial strategy across both Consumer and Business segments.

 

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Steering: Execute the end-to-end FTTH commercial and operational roadmap, including risk sizing and commercial prioritization.

     

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Own the full-funnel GTM strategy across multiple brands, ensuring consistent execution in selected regions based on rollout timing and potential.

     

  • Commercial Activation: Lead decision-making on national vs. hyper-local communication and refine pricing strategies to reinforce our client's premium market position.

     

  • Program Orchestration: Coordinate acquisition plans, churn prevention (defense) campaigns, and cross-selling initiatives to maximize fiber penetration.

     

  • Cross-Functional Governance: Drive alignment between Brand, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and IT, providing regular performance updates to Executive Management.

     

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of telecommunications experience with significant exposure to broadband, FTTH, or large-scale commercial programs.

     

  • Expertise: Proven success in GTM planning, pricing, customer journey development, or technical-commercial program delivery.

     

  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and drive decisions in complex, fast-paced environments.

     

  • Analytical Skills: Strong strategic and analytical capabilities combined with a "hands-on" execution leadership style.

     

  • Languages: Proficiency in German and English is required; fluency in French is a significant advantage.

     

Contract Details

  • Duration: 12 months (Extension possible).

     

  • Workload: 80–100%.

     

  • Location: Zurich

     

  • Start Date: ASAP.
