Hey YOU! We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional for our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Zurich, who can provide administrative support as an assistant in their global marketing department. This is a temporary assignment starting in September and for an indefinite period of time. We are looking for you as a :Team Assistant Global (m/w/d) 100%Your tasks:

  • Provide office support to the Global Business Unit, in all administrative and organizational matters
  • Manages calendar of Head Global Business Unit
  • Coordination of local and international meetings including agenda planning, logistics, catering and equipment needs, accommodation, Travel, visa arrangements and expense reports
  • Timely processing of purchase orders, invoices and agreements
  • Prepare documents (letters, minutes, resolutions, minutes, reports, presentations, policies and regulations)
  • Handles and collects efficiently documents and signatures required by the team members (agreements, power of attorneys, etc) and keeps track of such documents
  • Handling notarization and legalizations for corporate documents
  • Acts as interface between team members and clients when required
  • Guidance and orientation to new team members, preparation of introduction program


Requirements:

Your profile:

  • Bachelor educated or related field studies
  • You have minimum 3 years related experience in an administrative support role
  • Pharma Industry background is a nice to have
  • You are fluent in English and German, other languages are of advantage
  • You have experience working in a team and have organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and effectively
  • Excellent user of Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
