Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for an: Area Sales Manager - Suisse RomandeThe Commercial Department Switzerland is seeking to hire an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales revenues across the area of Swiss Romande and will report to the National Sales Manager CH. Reponsibilities:

  • Sales revenues: continuously grow the business revenues in expanding the client portfolio, increase client’s retention and grow the brand’s penetration;
  • Achieve monthly Sales target and associated KPIs (revenues, education, professionalism);
  • Identifies sales opportunities in existing accounts and builds long-term relationships with qualified prospective customers;
  • Grow the customer prospect list by actively networking, exploring, and proposing out-the-box activations to develop the area database;
  • Develop long-term relationships between the Brand and their customers by acting as an ambassador of the brand, its vision, and values;
  • Prioritize and manage accounts within assigned territory by assessing appropriate business opportunities. Systematically analyze the success of plans (e.g. sales, market developments, competitors) and propose mitigating actions as needed;
  • Proactively coordinate collaboration with the sales, marketing, and medical teams to ensure alignment in objectives and activities;
  • Accountable for attending symposiums and congresses and for organizing and managing local events;
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage;
  • Maintain accurate records, database and documentation for reporting and feedback. Actively contribute to the budget process with a strong recommendation;
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data;
  • Make changes as needed based on new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives;

 Profile Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, field operations or related field in the Aesthetic / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry with a strong business acumen;
  • Experience in managing customer relationships across GPs, SDs and Specialists in the required territory;
  • Previous experience with KOLs engagement and in representing the Company at regional and/or national congress. Organization and management of local events;
  • Ability to work with the Marketing team to develop relevant prescribers’ targeting;
  • Strong project management and organisational skills;
  • High level of ethical standards and integrity;
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.);
  • Solid reporting experience & use of the CRM;
  • Business fluency in German, French and English;
  • Driving license;
