STORE MANAGER
About this role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting the brand by motivating and developing your team.
Your main objective will be to coordinate daily activities such as:
Making product decisions to achieve sales targets
Organising, training and coaching your staff to ensure their involvement. You will be responsible for the team, working with them to offer the best possible customer service and teaching them the main tasks of the job
Ensuring full use is made of the space available in your shop, so that fashion is present everywhere.
For this role, we are looking for someone with a sense of independence and who is able to take sales and fashion decisions, with experience of managing teams. We would like to find a professional who is committed to the brand, enjoys working with people who are passionate about fashion and wants to grow in an international environment.
Commercial ability:
The main objective is to achieve the sales target by ensuring procedures are followed, monitoring and implementing corrective actions where necessary for all of the following procedures:
Stock management
Sales, hours and productivity
Storage procedures and cost control
Customer service
Cost control
In addition, be responsible for people management procedures:
HR: emergency processes, sickness and absence management
Recruitment
Skills:

Your tasks:
You plan, manage and take responsibility for the branch
You are responsible for achieving the company's objectives and budgets
You plan staffing requirements, select new employees and develop and train your team
You will ensure a pleasant working environment and team spirit
You are responsible for compliance with work procedures and ensuring safety at work
You set an example in customer service
You will work closely with the regional brand team.
Requirements:
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
Willingness to work full-time
Flexibility
Love & Passion for fashion! Very good knowledge of French
Good spoken and written English is an asset
You have strong business acumen and work in a structured, organised and fast-paced manner.
Your positive attitude is convincing, and you're committed and hard-working.
You have good communication skills and a critical mind, and you are also characterised by a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
