Finance Manager (M/F) 80 - 100%

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this will be a new role within the company and offers the chance to actively contribute to shape the company’s financial operations and ensure high quality standards in its various financial aspects. Your Responsibilities:

• Support in daily operations and periodic reporting of the different companies
• Sparring partner in accounting and tax matters (VAT and corporate taxes)
• Supervision and support of Group companies regarding accounting and process optimization
• Cooperation in the implementation of the digital strategy in the area of Reporting & Consolidation
• Assistance in preparation of the annual reports and involvement in the further implementation of the Internal Controlling System
• Participation in IT projects and other ad hoc projects

 Your Profile:

• University degree in economics/finance/controlling, or equivalent education (chartered accountant / fiduciary expert)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Finance and Accounting role with international exposure
• Technical expertise of Swiss accounting principles (OR), kledge of accounting standards IFRS / Swiss GAAP FER is a plus
• Excellent analytical- and conceptual skills as well as a high focus on the quality of deliverables
• Self-motivated, pragmatic and solution-oriented team player, with a hands-on attitude
• Excellent kledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Kledge of Sharepoint and MS Teams
• Proficient in English, German is a plus
