About the Role
On behalf of our client, an international enterprise, we are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Analyst ? Intercompany Pricing & Data Operations. In this role, you will work at the intersection of finance, data management, and systems transformation, actively supporting major strategic projects, system reconciliations, and ongoing pricing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Pricing System Deployment: Support the deployment of Pricing Tables in DataHub, including end-to-end data analysis, cleanup, maintenance, mapping updates, and post-validation.
ERP Data Operations: Handle operational tasks including ERP data extraction, data loading, data transformations, and master data management.
System Reconciliations: Execute recurring reconciliation controls between legacy systems and new platforms, addressing disconnects and ensuring data accuracy.
Entity Separation & Transformation: Analyze and execute impacts related to legal entity separations (e.g., creation of new from/to entities, defining SKU scope, data transfers, and validation).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with global finance, master data, IT, and business units to address questions and resolve process disconnects.
Compliance & Standard Operating Procedures: Ensure proper approvals for standard cost and ICP loads in alignment with Tax and SOX compliance standards; develop detailed work instructions.
Requirements
Your Profile
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance, financial systems, or data management.
Technical & ERP Background: Strong technical background with proven experience in ERP systems (including data extraction, loading, transformations, and system reconciliations). Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Preferred Tools: Practical experience with Alteryx and Power BI is considered a distinct advantage.
Analytical Mindset: High level of accuracy, strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a structured, reliable way of working.
Soft Skills: Great communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity during transformation phases.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English (working language).
