Quotient’s operations are based in Eysins/Switzerland, Edinburgh/Scotland and Newtown/Pennsylvania.Production PlannerQuotient is recruiting for a Production Planner to join the Manufacturing & Material Planning team based in Eysins. The role is a full-time and permanent position. The Production Planner plans, schedules, coordinates, and monitors the flow of products through the complete production cycle.Provides timely planning and scheduling of manufacturing working orders to the manufacturing. JOB DESCRIPTION The main responsibilities will include:

  • Support the scheduling and the coordination of production planning activities
  • Ensure timely release and availability of raw materials to perform MPS
  • Ensure production planning workorders are maintained in a timely manner
  • Prepare and maintain KPIs related to Supply Chain operations
  • Contribute to Supply Chain dashboard by collecting/analysing/summarizing data/trends
  • Generate & analyse reports to support team in data analysis and process improvement initiatives
  • Be a key contributor of the S&OP process for the Supply Review
  • Assist in all planning activities
  • Contribute to improve Supply Chain visibility & transparency internally


  • Minimum Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in Supply Chain Department or in an industrial environment within a GMP environment (Pharma, Medical Device)
  • Expert kledge of Supply Chain Planning in a regulated environment
  • Experience of S&OP processes (Demand & Supply reviews)
  • Understanding of IVD product life cycle is a plus
  • Excellent kledge MS Pack Office (Advanced Excel), QMS and ERP systems
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills
  • Ability to demonstrate pro-activity, flexibility and reliability
  • Fluent in French & English
