You will also accompany and support our customers throughout the entire project to ensure that their needs are optimally met.
Development and optimisation of banking modules, innovations and regulations to adapt to customer needsContinuous consulting to improve business processes and support with technical and functional changesIntegration of new modules and applications to enrich the information systemEnsuring the operation and efficient resolution of incidentsAnalysing needs and proactively developing suitable solutionsResponsibility for the end-to-end implementation of customer projects and ensuring customer satisfactionUse modern technologies for the development and implementation of customised solutionsCollaboration in a dynamic and agile team environment with short decision-making processesProviding high-quality support and advice in all support processesPromoting continuous development through independent action and expert knowledge
Your skills
A degree (Federal VET Diploma) in the relevant field or equivalent practical experienceInterest in and understanding of IT, business informatics or digital technologiesExperience in customer contact, sales or consulting and high social skillsOrganised, independent and responsible way of workingFlexibility, ability to work under pressure and strong communication skillsKnowledge of databases, programming or software developmentExperience with agile methods and project managementTechnical understanding, especially in networks or IT security architecturesHigh customer and service orientation, combined with a solution-orientated mindsetWillingness to undergo continuous further training and adapt to new technologiesExperience in change management or digital transformationAbility to analyse complex issues and develop solutionsVery good German; French and English an advantage
