Salary: CHF 100’000 - 125’000 per year

Requirements:

• You are a strong technical generalist with an entrepreneurial mindset who loves building software that solves real business problems. You thrive in a high-performance, hard-working environment and enjoy owning projects instead of only contributing small pieces.
• Experience: 2–4 years building high-performance web applications with a focus on exceptional user experiences.
• AI Expertise: Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications from the ground up.
• Passion & Speed of Execution: Comfortable moving fast in an ambiguous environment.
• Bonus Points: Understanding of business concepts like profit & loss statements and balance sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack development: Define our technical foundations across frontend, backend, data, and AI infrastructure so we can move fast without breaking things. Build robust backend systems, develop intuitive frontend experiences, and design intelligent LLM pipelines that deliver actionable business recommendations.
• Experiment with agentic frameworks: Use and evaluate modern AI tooling and frameworks to build agents that are reliable, observable, and safe in production. Build agents that turn enterprise data into value 10x faster while balancing rapid prototype coding with disciplined, stable long-term design.
• Own modules end to end: Build and own full product modules that help retail category managers turn months of analysis into seconds. Take responsibility for entire features from the initial sketch through production and iteration with a focus on performance, reliability, and quality.
• Work directly with the business: Collaborate closely with deployment engineers and customers to understand problems and translate them into fast, intuitive product experiences for B2B users. Prioritize output and rapid iteration based on real customer feedback.

The Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for an exceptional full-stack engineer in Zurich. As one of our Founding Engineers, you will own the success of product development.

This is a founding path. Within 1–2 years, as we scale rapidly, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a:
• Tech Lead: Owning a product area and guiding a small team of engineers
• Product Engineering Lead: Sitting at the intersection of product, customers, and engineering to drive entire problem spaces
