The purpose of this role is to work closely with the People & Culture Business Partners Market and Factory and People & Culture Director and to support them with various tasks related to recruitment, contracts, learning & development, reporting/documentation and employer branding.Your responsibilities:

  • Support Business Partners in processes such as recruitment, contracts, on-/offboarding, reporting, training and development, talent management or D&I activities
  • Be the point of contact for temporary employment and recruitment agencies. Manage and perform all related administrative tasks, such as vendor and invoice management
  • Manage all global and local employer certification processes and projects for Dagmersellen and perform all related tasks
  • Support Employer Branding and Talent Attraction activities. Be a backup for Business Partners
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • University degree or similar education in business administration or related field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Thorough kledge of MS Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • First work experience in an international company is an advantage (internships are welcome)
  • Interest in Human Resources work and pleasure in working in a global environment
  • Pro-active teammate with an open & positive mindset
  • Structured way of working & agile problem-solving skills/ attitude
