Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a : Competitive Intelligence Manager Your missionAnalyze market and competition using data from internal and external sources to provide strategic and actionable business insights with the overarching goal to create value for Teoxane, gain market share and anticipate future trends.Main tasks :1) Competitive Intelligence

  • Responsible for ongoing competitive intelligence data collection, management and review
  • Build analysis and reports on key competitors working with other functions to gather all relevant information and data (R&D, Clinic, Regulatory, Medico-Marketing and sales)
  • Liaising closely with sales and markets to get business and medical insights on competition
  • Together with product managers and medico-marketing team, elaborate counteracts / objection handlers to support local team in defending our position and demonstrate Teoxane competitive advantage
  • Produce Quartely reports / dashboards to ensure Leadership team is aware of latest competitive insights
  • Identify new data sources and develop innovative analytical data products
  • Ensure clear, smooth, structured communication and presentation on competitiveness and business insights
  • Share with relevant key stakeholders and communicate results by developing dynamic and visual reporting to increase kledge, understanding and adoption

2) Business Insights & Trends

  • Identify new trends in the aesthetics market to nurture marketing and R&D team in building innovation roadmap and growth opportunity
  • Analyze market data to interpret trends and patterns to generate insights regarding HCPs, consumer and market development

 Your profile

  • Marketing Degree with scientific skills would be an asset
  • At least 5 years exerience in a similar position
  • Experience in cross-functional and multidisciplinary project management with teams with an appetite for variable data
  • Interest in the Beauty sector and scientific medical brands, with a good understanding of premium brands in a professional market
  • Sense of organization and priorities

  • MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint
